Design: The ROAM Folding Yoga Mat folds up flat into a 1 foot square which fits into a custom made recycled PET bag. The impressions made in the mat allow easy fold lines to follow when putting the mat away.
Traction: The non-slip surface of the mat provides excellent traction; the grid pattern texture of the mat grips prevents slipping as you move through poses.
Cushion/Support: The ROAM Folding Yoga Mat is 4mm thick which means it allows you to feel the ground during your movements. Then thinner mat will not provide the same cushion as our thicker 6mm mats, but it will still provide a cushion barrier between your various joints and the ground.
